Four football players from the Denton area have received preseason all-state honors from a magazine. The recognized players include a senior defensive lineman from Guyer, as well as three seniors from Argyle and Ryan high schools. The players honored are from different positions, including defensive line, wide receiver, offensive line, and linebacker.
